The Charter Foundation is now hiring a Community Engagement and Development Manager


The Charter Foundation is searching for a dynamic, inspiring and bold Community Engagement and Development Manager to lead the Foundation’s development and parent involvement efforts during an exciting time of growth.

As the dream of purchasing and moving to a permanent, unified campus location on 20 acres becomes reality this Fall, the need for a united and coordinated development plan for the Foundation is essential to the school’s future success. The Charter Foundation seeks an experienced community builder, skilled volunteer organizer, charismatic leader, proven relationship builder, and excellent project manager to meet the new and exciting needs of the Foundation in support of this next phase of the school’s development.

The Community Engagement and Development Manager will be primarily responsible for inspiring, generating, and coordinating support for all of the Foundation’s fundraising and community building efforts both within the parent body, and in connection with the larger community beyond the school. This position reports directly to the Charter Foundation Board, while working in close coordination, and ongoing daily partnership with school leadership, faculty and parent volunteers.
