We run three major fund-raisers each year. Please click on the links below to find out information on each. Please contact the fund raising coordinator (Cristina Gosling) for more information .
Rummage Sale (Saturday, October 17 , 2009):
This event allows parents to donate items that can be used for the "back-to-school" needs of other families. Please consider outgrown clothes, shoes, raingear, etc... if it is in excellent quality. You can take a tax deduction for your donated items if you provide an itemized list with an associated value of what you are donating. Just use our normal Auction Donation form, available in the office.
Drop-off date: Friday, October 16, 2009
On-Line Auction (2 Weeks: Monday, Nov. 30th - Sunday, Dec. 13th, 2009):
The time to start collecting donations from restaurants, stores, services and other places that you frequent is over the summer. Pick up a donation letter (pdf file or MS word file) and donation forms at the office, or print them out from the links here.
We will have an "Item Procurement Week" with a school-wide push for donations during the week of Oct. 26th - Oct. 30th.
Mid-Winter Gala (Saturday, March 20th, 2010 - Date not yet confirmed!):
We are looking at new venues for this year's Live Auction and Gala event. More news as it develops!
