Sebastopol Charter School Community Auction Donations

Now Accepting Auction Items!

From April 19th – May 3rd the Charter Foundation will be auctioning a wonderful selection of fun, high quality items at great prices to raise money for Sebastopol Charter School. The more items we have, the more money we can raise, so we’re asking for your help! Your donation to the auction ensures our children will continue to receive the best possible education, with curriculum rich in visual and practical arts, Spanish, handwork, music and movement. Show your support of our students by contributing an item or service today!

Please submit your donation no later than March 30, 2018.

Donating items or services is easy, with multiple options to suit your needs.

  • Ask your favorite businesses to donate! You can download our auction donation letter here. Please be sure to follow our procurement guidelines.
  • Get creative and provide high quality handmade items or services, such as unique art, meal delivery, massage, or child care. We kindly request no second hand items and no services that require the buyer to spend more money in the future such as follow up visits.
  • In lieu of an item, consider making a financial contribution (preferably $50-$100). The procurement team can then use to leverage donations from our community, creating higher value, and more desirable items for the auction. For example, a $50 parent contribution may be used as a match with a donor contribution of $50 to create a $100 gift certificate. Contributions can be dropped off in the main campus office, with checks made payable to The Charter Foundation (please note “Community Auction” on checks).

If you’d like us to pick up your item, please indicate this on the submission form and a parent volunteer will be in touch with you to schedule a time.

We will happily make a gift certificate for your item or service if needed.
